This is a private reference site. It does not store official Lincoln County arrest files, WVDCR jail records, court documents, or government databases, and it cannot confirm custody, release an inmate, accept bond, or file anything with a court.

The site points visitors toward inmate and jail record resources for Lincoln County, Western Regional Jail, West Virginia correctional searches, court-record paths, and third-party research tools.

Rules for Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
